Try Lacrosse, Canada’s National Sport for FREE February 23 to March 9

We have a great opportunity for kids aged 7 to 16 to try lacrosse, Canada's National Sport, for FREE! Boys and Girls interested in lacrosse can join us on any Sunday from February 23 to March 9 to experience this exciting game firsthand.
Try Lacrosse will be held at St. Leo’s Catholic School (gym)

February 23, March 2, or March 9
Box Lacrosse: 4 - 5:30 pm
Women’s Field Lacrosse: 5:30 - 7 pm
You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches and meet professional lacrosse players who play in the National Lacrosse League.
If you enjoy your time with us, you can sign up to join the Local League or one of our Rep programs starting in April. This is a great chance to make new friends, learn new skills, and have fun while staying active! Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to try Canada's national summer sport!
Equipment required:
Box Lacrosse: Helmet, running shoes, lacrosse/hockey gloves (optional).
Women’s Field Lacrosse: running shoes
Lacrosse sticks will be provided at both sessions.
